Description
Sprout Story is a short but sweet exploration game where you play as a yellow flower that transforms into a seed to glide on the wind and replant itself, sprouting anew.
Made entirely for the My First Game Jam: Summer 2023

Controls

I was completely drawn into the beginning of the adventure from the opening two flowery smiles!
It was great fun to explore the five different and unique areas, all of which are different from each other. I especially like the frog area. I really enjoyed the surprise of being eaten and solving the gimmick of being spit out!
I had so much fun that I cleared 200 stars in the two hidden modes, and at the end I was so happy with my accomplishment that I yelled "meooooooow!
This is such an amazing work! And it reminded me a little of Seiklus, the classic platformer of yesteryear.

loved it was really fun to play and learn the movement and mechanics of each area. Really loved the aesthetics of the underground area! the game was super cute in general. i kept finding myself looking for more secrets was able to find 185/200 stars!
I loved this game! Idea is great and I am really obsessed with how cute those bees are. I got 164/200 stars, I must have missed a part!
